We had a service impacting incident with the São Paulo, Brazil (SAO1), London, UK (LON1), Chicago, Illinois, USA (ORD1), Paris, France (PAR1) data centers.

Service Impact:
This POP will be removed from Netskope Traffic Management for the duration and users will be steered to the next closest POP for any inline traffic
Customers tenants with CFW feature who have a NSGW/GRE/IPSec tunnel to SAO1, LON1, PAR1, ORD1 will need to fail-over the tunnel to another POP for the duration of the maintenance
Customer having NS Client as access method will be connecting to the next available POP
