Netskope identified the issue was caused due to a power outage with an ISP due to which caused the issue. As per the confirmation from the ISP, the issue has subsided and the customers has confirmed that the services are back to operational.

Netskope has put the Ashburn, Virginia, USA (IAD2/IAD4) data centers back to the NewEdge. Issue is fully mitigated now, and can reconnect to IAD4 without any issues.
